Bayram ARSLAN

Bayram ARSLAN was born in 1978 in Yüksekova. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Hakkari.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism in 2002, and from Dicle University, Faculty of Law in 2008.

He worked as in journalism in Istanbul from 1999 to 2004, and served as Parliamentary adviser from 2007 to 2009 at the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Between 2009 and 2018, he worked as a self-employed lawyer under the Ankara Bar Association.

Bayram ARSLAN is fluent in English and has a child.

He was elected as a member of the Board of the Protection of Personal Data from the People’s Democratic Party Group with the decision of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on 05 October 2016.
