Hasan AYDIN was born in 1973 in Trabzon. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology and Anadolu University Faculty of Economics. He holds a master’s degree in Arts in Basic Islamic Sciences from the KTÜ Institute of Social Sciences. Hasan AYDIN is currently a Ph.D. student at Ondokuz Mayıs University in the Social Sciences Institute Basic Islamic Sciences Department. He worked as a teacher and manager in various types of schools in Türkiye and abroad between 1996-2009. He worked as an inspector in the Ministry of National Education between 2009-2015 and National Education Expert between 2015-2017. He can speak English and Arabic. He is married and has two children. 

He was elected as a member of the Personal Data Protection Board by the decision of the Council of Ministers dated October 11, 2016. He was elected as a member of the Personal Data Protection Board for the second time with the decision of the Presidency dated January 8, 2021, and after the completion of his term of office, he was elected as a member of the Personal Data Protection Board for the third time with the decision of the Presidency dated May 17, 2025.
