Administrative Fine Amounts Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

In accordance with Article 17(7) of the Misdemeanours Law, administrative fines regulated under Article 18 of Personal Data Protection Law are subject to annual adjustments based on the revaluation rate determined pursuant to Article 298 bis of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
